Lipo Laser Machines: Scams and Claims to Avoid

I and my team have done a lot of talking with laser machines to club / spa / clinic owners as well as clients (patients) over time. In the process, I have noticed that while most of the process of buying and selling lipo laser machines for machine owners and the sessions experienced by the clients are good, but still there are clearly some problems that loom large. There are certain claims and impressions at different stages that need to be avoided. In fact, some of them practically border the levels of scams.

Some of the most significant claims to avoid and scams to watch for, that I and my team have found are given below.

Post-treatment care training: This is one of the most important parts of the overall laser treatment. While the treatment is not too difficult to get right because of the advancement in technology, the patients often end up complaining that the process was not right, and this leads the care-givers to believe that something is wrong with their machines. The reality is that, most of the lipo laser sellers do a terrible job of training the owners about what to do during the post-operative period, and that ends up creating damage (specifically so if the lipo laser owner is not a doctor. The fat and lymph needs to be drained appropriately in the process, and it is a training that the machine owners (and operators) need to be given.

Number of diodes vs. fluence: Number of diodes is not necessarily the only reason of fluence. The fluence you expected to see, may be a result of having a lesser number of brighter diodes. So don't get misled by a visual inspection of the fluence generated by the machine you are considering. Take a look at the wavelength that it is giving out. A 635 nm laser or LED diodes with lesser fluence is a lot more important to have, compared to say a 670 nm machine with high-fluence diodes.

High prices and discounts: The lipo laser machines are very expensive. They cost anywhere between 20 grands to 100 grands. That's way too much money, and more than what a lot of the folks wanting to own a lipo laser machine can invest. However, note that a lot of these prices are over-inflated. Also, while a lot of the companies inflate the prices too much, some are better than the others. Personally, I have been able to get many thousands of dollars of discounts from many of the brands for a lot of laser lipo machine buyers. This happens because I have gathered the experience of being able to get bulk discounts for the number of people that choose to take my help in buying the machines, and I can pass that over to the buyers. Most of the phone calls I get are for the guaranteed best prices that I give. I suggest you call me up at +1-888-547-5296, and I shall guarantee you the lowest prices for the lipo laser machine brand of your choice (as long as it is on my list), with a money back guarantee. Don't hesitate for any reason, I get a couple of calls of this nature every day or the other.

Potential unfair/unethical dealings of laser centers with clients (patients): There are a number of ways that lipo laser centers hand out the clients with unfair deals, even at the verge of giving unethical deals. There are times when they will advertise using an expensive and high-quality machine, but in reality will use a low-quality machine for the fat melting session. In fact, some centers are known for also trying to make their patients through an unnecessarily high number of lipo sessions even though the patient didn't need, just to cover the investment of the expensive lipo laser machine as well as to unethically keep some additional profit at expense of the customers needs and comfort. There are also complaints of owners trying to lure and retain customers by handing out by 2-3 low-cost lipo sessions, and then the the customer cannot squeeze out of further sessions as they are already too advanced to stop the treatment processes. After the advent of generation 3 LEDs, the prices have gone down as well as the speed to treatment has gone up. However, these unfair practices seem to have become a deeply integrated part of the routines of many of the lipo laser owners.

Overheating: This is a technical problem that has been known for ages. It is the heating of the laser producing diodes, that needs to cool down after a session. In reality though, the clinic will have so many patients that they will barely wait for the lipo laser to cool down properly, before starting the next session. This is turn leads to heating, and overheating. The overheating would happen till a point that the whole paddle including all the diodes would simply cut off and the session would not start, or continue, or have to end abruptly (whichever is applicable). The whole experience of the customers (clients) will be terrible. Many of the clinics do not wait enough after one client is done, for the machine to cool down, before starting with the next client, forcing their clients to face the overheating problem.

The overheating problem is a lot removed with the third generation 635 nm wavelength machines, though not fully. No longer does it normally become so embarrassing that the patient would have to go home for a couple of days midway down the treatment - they would be able to complete the for all practical purposes. The diode would heat up very slowly indeed.

Time to treat versus machine quality: Note that, one of the biggest problems with the lipo laser clinics is the usual high rush of patients. They are often booked with a series of appointments, and they would hurry through the process for each customer, aiming to serve the maximum number of possible customers. More often than not, a lot of the lipo laser clinics do not follow the treatment process meticulously enough, the post-operative care that they ought to give often ends up not being given. And this problem is with how the clinics are often administered. It has got nothing to do with any problem of the laser lipo machine.

This may have a couple of impacts. One, the number of sessions for a client may go up, leading to more money getting spent by the client to compensate for the hurry of the clinic. Two, even if the client center is aware of the post-processing care, they won't give the care, trying to move the clients as fast as they can. This hampers both the time and the quality of treatment in a negative manner.

Note that, lipo lasers don't necessarily work equally well for everyone. If you observe (or your clinic observes) no change after the first session or, in a bad case, first two sessions), you had better no longer continue with the treatment. Lipo laser will probably not work with you. You could still try another lipo laser center to double-check, but I would seriously not expect any different result elsewhere.
