Euro Body Shaper Vibration Machines - Did you run into that road show?
Euro Body Shaper, also known as Euro Shine, is one of the most prominently visible whole body vibration machine companies that exist in the USA today. They make machines that are good in terms of quality, but are visible not just because of the good machines that they sell. They are visible because of the numerous road shows that they organize throughout the year and throughout the country. I get a lot of calls every day, and Euro Body Shaper does get mentioned in one or two of those calls.
Now, let us move our focus to the actual machines. What are the technical characteristics of these machines?
I wish I could show you the best prices that I can actually give for all the vibration machine models for all brands, but I am not allowed to show them online (not necessarily even with the coupon code). If you really want to know the best prices for different brands and models of machines, the only way is to call me up (+1-888-228-4387).
Technical overview
Technically, Euro Body Shaper follows the basic principles well. They focus on making vibration machines that are heavy enough (so that the machines do not move away when a user takes vibration exercises on them), quiet enough (does not disturb your neighbor or the person living in the apartment below you), and robust enough (gives good exercises to users). The PP2 has significant similarities with VMax Trio and Vibra Trim VT-400, both the Trio and VT-400 being our favorites. The machines are spiral, dual-motor DC brushless. Spiral vibrations, as mentioned in many other places on this site, comprise of a mixture of oscillating and pivotal vibrations. Oscillating vibrations produce a teeter-totter motion, making you go like a see-saw. Pivotal vibrations produce a side-by-side motion. Overall the mixture looks like the figure "eight" (8). Now, depending upon the different speeds that you select for each of the two vibration types, the figure 8 will look more or less distorted to some direction or the other, which is precisely what you want.
The DC motors help the machines keep functioning with high power but not land the machine into the EMF problem. As you would note, the EMF (electro-magnetic force/field) problem happens where the rapid change of electrical directions (like in AC) will result in a weird feeling in the bodies of some users. It is only a small fraction of users that happen to be sensitive to the EMF problem (they get a creepy feeling inside their body). But Euro Body Shaper machines completely avoid this problem by using DC machines rather than AC. By the way, for those who are considering other AC machines, please note that, EMF has not been proven harmful for the body. Just that, it irritates some people. So if you know you don't have a problem with EMF, feel free to consider AC-motored machines also rather than only DC ones. Dual motors are used for two different vibration directions - one motor controls the oscillating vibration while the other one controls the pivotal vibration. Brushless motors last longer than ones with brushes.
The vibration platform for the PP2 is 24"x30" in size. The weight capacity is 380 lbs, which practically proves to be around 300 lbs or a bit lesser (goes well with my 100 lbs rule of thumb - that, a machine will typically carry 100 lbs less than what it is rated at, without getting bogged down, and then will start getting bogged down as the weight goes up). So, unless you are significantly overweight, the Pro Plus 2 might be okay for you. The vibration frequency can come all the way down to 5 Hz, and go all the way up to 40+ Hz.
Uptake of Euro Body Shaper machines
But before you buy a vibration machine, do you already know the vibration technology that will suit your physical conditions and exercise needs? If yes, great. Otherwise, I strongly suggest you take our online quiz here. It will help in identifying the vibration requirements you have and how much your health conditions will support, and you would thereby be better equipped to make an educated choice that would meet your needs. Remember, very important indeed, not all vibration machines work for everyone. There are 6 different vibration technologies for a good reason - and we shall be able to help in identifying which vibration technology suits you if you take our online quiz.
